LINK by Piero Lissoni
Designed by Piero Lissoni in 2006, the objective was to create a handle that integrated seamlessly into his way of designing – a silent object with good proportions that would play its role with character, but without being overbearing. The departure point for the project was linked to the idea of industrial aesthetics more than decorativeness, thus creating a pared-down look, almost an archetype.
"Those particularly raw prototypes were softened a bit, and that’s how Link was born. It does the job beautifully, and I continue to use it in most of our architectural work" - Piero Lissoni
