CONCA by Patricia Urquiola

Born in Oviedo, Spain, she studied at the Faculty of Architecture of Madrid and Milan, where she graduated with Achille Castiglioni in 1989, where she became assistant to the courses held at the Milan Polytechnic. In the early nineties she worked in the technical office of De Padova, where she came into contact with Vico Magistretti.

Five years later she opened her studio in Milan and devoted herself to interior design and product design. For Agape, Alessi, B&B, De Padova, Driade, Flos, Foscarini, Kartell, Molteni and Moroso, she designs products that reveal not only a strong feminine sensitivity, but also a profound knowledge of the Italian school of design.
