Returning an order:

Can I return an order?

Of course, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return anything you bought from us, no questions asked, just email us at sales@spiggy.com.au to inform us of your intentions and send it to:

Spiggy Pty Ltd, B251/137 Breakfast Creek Road, Newstead, QLD 4006

Please send it in its original undamaged packaging.

Philip Watts Design products and other made-to-order items cannot be returned.

Who pays for the shipping?

If the item is being returned for a quality reason, because it is damaged or it does not function properly, click here to go to our returns portal so you can send it back.  We would like to see pictures of the damage.

However, if it's because you changed your mind and no longer seem to like what you ordered then we kindly ask you to bear the costs.

How must I return the order?

Please put the product with all its accessories and manuals back into its original box and mail it to our previously mentioned address.

When should I send the product back?

You should send it back within 14 days of your return claim. 

How and when will I get my money back?

Once we receive the products you will get a confirmation by email and your money will be paid back within 14 days, less delivery costs, in the same way you made the purchase.

Can I return the product myself to a physical location?

Of course you can. If you want to bring it directly to us we´ll be more than happy to receive it right into our warehouse at the address mentioned above. Please make sure its within our opening times, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, or let us know beforehand so we can expect you.

Cancelling an order:

Just like returning a product, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return anything you bought from us, so if you want to cancel the order before you receive it just send us an email at sales@spiggy.com.au to inform us of your intentions. If the order has not been dispatched we just cancel the order. However if the item is on its way to you, you will have to follow our returns policy and send it back to us.

For custom made products you have 7 days from the date of purchase to submit the cancellation. After this time, once production has commenced, cancellation may still be possible although this may incur charges.

Getting your money back

If once you received your shipment you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund. We will refund the amount you payed for our products excluding shipping costs.
